Learner Wellbeing and Drug Strategy Group
These are a series of forums covering aspects of the DECS Learning Wellbeing Framework, and incorporating the DECS Drug Strategy Reference Group.
The Learner Wellbeing and Drug Strategy Team have recently been incorporated into DECS Child and Student Wellbeing. Having moved into “sustaining” phases for the Wellbeing Framework and Drug Strategy, they will no longer need to have a Steering Committee of their own. Therefore, there have been no meetings in the past year. However, the group will continue to seek advice and consult with SAASSO about their work and emerging issues when appropriate.
They will be having a Showcase of 37 school’s work addressing “Adolescents and alcohol” issues on Monday September 7th 2009 at EDC commencing at 9.30am.
